Each year, NSBE-AEDC hosts its Annual Scholarship Benefit and Awards Gala to honor selected scientists and engineers in the greater Washington, D.C. area for their accomplishments and contributions to engineering and the community.

This event also raises funds for our Future Innovators Scholarship program. Since the chapter’s inception, we have awarded more than 100 Future Innovator Scholarships with funds generated from our Scholarship Benefit and Gala.

The Annual Awards Gala and Scholarship Benefit is the chapter's largest fundraising event. Fundraising activities include corporate sponsorships, table sponsorships, a souvenir journal, and a silent auction.
Table sponsorships are available with 10 guest per table. The table sponsorship less the actual value of the meal is a tax deductible expense. Contact

A contribution of any amount is always welcome and is completely tax deductible since we are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
